Franchise Manager. We are seeking an experienced brand/franchise manager to manage multiple units in Limerick. The appointed manager will be responsible for the overall operation of several busy units with emphasis on compliance and ensuring all brand standards are strictly adhered to. The successful candidate will have extensive previous experience with managing high volume hospitality or retail branded outlets, have excellent communication skills, be a natural leader and be motivated to drive business forward and deliver on strategic objectives. Previous Experience Required: 3 Years in a similar senior franchise management position. Experienced Merchandiser with extensive expereince in brand management. Proven track record in financial reporting and management. Strong on standards, compliance and all legislative and contractual issues. Staff management and organisation. Extensive customer service management experience. This is a full time permanent position and an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to thrive in a varied and challenging role. The franchise manager will report directly to the General Manager and work together to achieve all company goals.
