Telesales Team Leader. For over 40 years the Richardsons’ team has specialised in supplying fresh foods to the catering and hospitality sectors across the South of Ireland. We are now entering a period of further growth and we are seeking to hire for a number of key roles within the team. We currently require a Telesales Team Leader to join and lead our Telesales Team. This role will be based in our Limerick office and will report to the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is a person who is both sales and customer focused, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. The candidate will be experienced in developing and coaching their team to achieve sales growth targets. The Team Leader must have a proven track record in building relationships with business customers across a diverse range of products, while working in a fast-paced, quality and service focused environment. The successful candidate(s) must have: Proven ability to lead in-house telesales team in providing excellent B2B customer service, upselling skills to maximise sales order values and achieve sales growth targets, preferably in foodservice. Set, implement and manage team KPI’s. Ability to create a sales and customer service culture within the team. Experience in line-supervision, team development and coaching to team members. Ensure daily sales support and telesales activities are consistently completed with a high attention to detail. Liaise and support on behalf of your customer with all other parts of the Richardson’s Foods team, i.e. Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Finance teams. Utilising the company’s customer order-processing / management system to provide daily customer activity reports and sales-leads opportunity reports. Attend daily operational meetings to provide insights and analysis into customer sales ordering trends and follow-up on actions.
