Telesales Team Members. For over 40 years the Richardsons’ team has specialised in supplying fresh foods to the catering and hospitality sectors across the South of Ireland. On time delivery of premium quality foods with professional customer care is the essence of our offering. We have grown due to our excellent customer service and extensive fresh foods product range. We are now entering a period of further growth and we are seeking to hire for a number of key roles within the team. In the current buoyant market, our customers increasingly look for professional suppliers that will consistently meet their demanding requirements. Our success is achieved through our people. Our business depends on developing and maintaining deep long-term customer relationships. With that in mind we seek to recruit the very best people for every role. We currently require Telesales Team Members to join our Telesales Team. These roles will be based in our Limerick office and will report to the Telesales Team Leader. The roles will focus on creating strong customer relationships to further develop our telesales presence and grow sales revenue amongst our existing customers. We have both Full-time and Part-time roles available. The successful candidate(s) must have: Proven ability in accurate and efficient data-entry into an order-processing system. Ability to maximise sales by upselling to our customers while ensuring the customers are buying their usual products. A natural flair for promoting and selling new product and seasonal lines and making customers aware of our extensive product range as appropriate to customer profile. Excellent listening and multitasking skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships by being the voice of Richardsons. Experience in dealing with customer queries and resolving proactively. Ability to think on your feet and use initiative in a fast moving and dynamic environment. Ability to work to tight deadlines on a daily basis and be flexible, open to change and have a can do attitude. Experience in the Catering/Food sector is desirable but not essential.
