We are currently recruiting for an AssistantCatering Manager for a Client in Limerick. We are looking for passionate, motivated and innovative people who take pride in their work to join an professional team. The ideal candidate will be extremely customer focused, responsible, work formally and professionally with excellence and ability to lead a team. This is a 12 hour shift, 4 days on and 3 days off role and the opposite on alternate weeks. Requirements. - A minimum of 2-3 years' experience is required in a similar role. - Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills. - Extensive experience in staff training, knowledge and skills, grooming and customer service. - Experience in the following; Organisational skills, report writing, e-mailing, compiling rosters and training plans, basic payroll administration and ordering. - Fire, Health and Safety training/awareness. - Excellent Interpersonal skills. - Basic Computer Skills. - Fluent English.
