Supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive working environment. Essential Requirements. Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Community Pharmacy. Experience selling cosmetic and skincare brands. Experience selling OTC medications. Experience delivering outstanding customer service. Experience working in a dispensary will be a distinct advantage. Personal Skills. A positive 'can-do' attitude. A proactive approach to self-development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly and approachable nature.
