Description

The successful candidate will develop and administer programmes, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company. Role and Responsibilities. Analysing compensations and other data to prepare competitive benefit packages and maintain accurate and complete employee records. Managing the recruitment lifecycle by establishing a recruiting and interviewing programme and advising management on candidate selection. Building applicant sources by liaising with colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and job-boards. Supervising employee on-boarding, development, needs assessment and training. Recommending new policies and procedures ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labour legislation. Leading the implementation of the performance management system and conducting periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement. Creating and engaging employer brand through consistent online, social media and local activities. Essential. CIPD Qualified and/or degree in a similar business discipline. 4-5 years of HR Generalist experience at a senior level. Excellent knowledge of Employment Law. Flexibility and willingness to travel. Requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to quickly adjust to the new environment and tasks. Self-starter and self-motivated.
