Product & Customer Support Specialist. Our Client a leading multinational in the Mid-West are currently looking for a Product & Customer Support Specialist to join their team on an initial 12 month contract. The successful candidate will need to be fluent in both French and Spanish to be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities. Preparing and maintaining a database of technical datasheets for each product and each SBU in the accepted format for each market. First point of contact for each Tender team for technical datasheet requests. Prepare technical datasheets for tender submissions. Process and direct technical queries through the correct channel. SBU support and maintenance of the Global Sales Restriction team(GARS) and Approval/Restriction process for RI orders. Assisting the Tender team with product and legal documentation. Involvement and support departmental projects including execution of assigned projects. Supply CS&D department with product status information. Key Requirements. Experience or knowledge of Tenders & Public Procurement. Technical or Business qualification(Desirable. Fluency in French and Spanish (Essential. Strong attention to detail.
