Job Title New Product Co-Ordinator/ Dept Admin

Well established Multinational based in Limerick are looking to hire a New Product Coordinator working in the Development team you will be responsible for some of the following duties :

•Coordinate all logistic aspects of New Product developments for the ISO group.

•Liaison role between product line and manufacturing organisations.

•Create and maintain reports & databases to communicate project WIP information & status

•Order all raw material required for development projects and monitor progress of the product to ensure that required holds are in place and applied.

•Review weekly status of all WIP and Offshore

•Expedite and monitor any material when required.

•Identify process weaknesses which result in material delays, errors etc. and work to eliminate

Skills / experience:

• 2-3 years Manufacturing Administration experience

•Strong planning skills are essential

•Ability to drive tasks to completion through close coordination with multiple groups

•Strong Knowledge of MS Office Tools

•Strong verbal and written communication skills
