Job Title Office Assistant/Weighbridge Operator

My Client, an established transport company in Limerick, is in need of a Weighbridge operator/ Office assistant to join their busy depot.

This role would be suitable to a candidate that has previous experience in office administration, not necessarily transport, but would require someone with strong computer systems skills, is highly organised and able to work on their own initiative

The desirable candidate will possess the following:

- Previous experience in a similar role (Office administration, Customer service, etc.)

- Experience in working with both clients and customers

- Strong computer systems skills- the candidate needs to be able to use a variety of systems such as outlook, excel, word and other bespoke systems.

- High attention to detail

- Previous experience dealing with invoicing, updating records, filing, ensuring all client accounts are kept up to date

- Strong communication skills are essential for the role

- the ability to work as part of a team

- Flexibility will be required for the role. The position will mainly be Monday- Friday but there will be some Saturdays required as business needs dictate.
