Job Title HR Officer

Currently, we are recruiting a HR Officer to join an established organisation in Limerick to complete a c ontract duration of six to nine months.

Areas of responsibility will include:

  • Maintenance of employee records and relating in-house HR databases
  • Preparation of paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Coordination of HR projects, meetings and training seminars
  • Collaboration with the in-house recruitment team and external recruitment agencies
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for internal communications
  • Completion of inductions for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Hold a third level degree in HR or relevant discipline
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of directly related work experience in recruitment, including some agency experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Enjoys working in a deadline and fast paced environment
