HR & Recruitment Specialist(Contract)

Our client a leading company in the Mid-West are currently looking to hire a HR & Recruitment Specialist to join their team for an initial 9-12 month period. This role would ideally suit someone with high volume recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinate internal/external recruitment
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline that is capable of continually delivering to recruitment needs through varied and sustained attraction campaigns
  • Support a number of Strategic HR projects
  • Organise and coordinate smooth running of onboarding for successful candidates
  • Provide guidance on all HR issues/queries
  • Work closely in coaching internal stakeholders on employee relations matters and providing best advice
  • Oversee the disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Proactively liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Analyse HR trends and make suggestions for improvements
  • Sustain high performance levels in a fast paced and dynamic environment.


  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a HR role is essential
  • Experience of working in a HR function in a Call Centre environment(Desirable)
  • Previous high-volume recruitment experience(Desirable)
  • Solid working knowledge of current employment law
  • Self-motivated and resilient
  • Approachable and confidential with excellent rapport building and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
