Job Title Project Management - Process Analyst

Specialising in the development and manufacture of innovative electronic, electromechanical and mechatronic products for a variety of industrial applications, our multinational client is now looking for a Business Process Analyst to join their team at the state of art, hi-tech manufacturing facility in Co. Limerick. The main function of this role will be to document and rationalise business processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process Analysis
  • Documentation of the process
  • New process proposal
  • Training relevant departments
  • Ensuring the defined processes are applied
  • Integrate process and software
  • Health and safety for self and others.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager.
The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in Business Studies / Business Information Systems
  • 2 – 3 years relevant experience working on business process improvement projects or initiatives
  • Knowledge of SAP and Business Process Mapping & Redesign.
  • Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping and ARIS.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Experience of Change Management.
  • German language would be an advantage.
Personality Requirements: A methodical, analytical, consistent person with good communication skills. Highly motivated individual with excellent time management, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Very good attendance record.
